Before moving to high school administration, Michael worked for the New Tech Network as the lead designer and facilitator for a national administrator training program. In addition, he provided coaching support to principals, teachers, and support staff at New Tech schools across the country. Throughout his career, Michael has provided numerous project based training programs to professors, superintendents, business leaders, board members, principals, teachers, parents, and students. Michael began his educational career as a high school and middle school biology, environmental science, and math teacher. During his time in the classroom, Michael spent his time investigating theories and strategies associated with student work group facilitation, performance, and process in the PBL environment. Michael received a B.S. degree with honors in Environmental Science as well as a M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Redlands. In addition, Michael received an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership from the University of La Verne.
