Thom is an international consultant on youth development, project based learning, and school redesign. He formerly directed the Buck Institute for Education's national training program in project based learning and is the primary author of BIE's Project Based Learning Handbook. He has conducted over 100 workshops on PBL in U.S. and abroad.
