Evaluation of initiatives to create smaller high schools

American Institutes for Research and SRI International

American Institutes for Research and SRI International have concluded their evaluation of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation's National School District and Network Grants Program. This program funded creation of small schools across the country. A rigorous evaluation program produced numerous reports over several years that highlight the difficulty of instructional reforms in math and language arts.

This most recently released reports include an Executive Summary and three separate reports.
