How School Leaders Can Support PBL

This webinar focuses on the role of the school leader in supporting the transition to implement Project Based Learning across a school. Participants will learn about the importance of establishing deeply compelling reasons for this instructional shift with staff and your school community. We will also address change forces to consider, strategies to support staff in their implementation, and reflect on how your leadership style impacts change on your campus. Finally, we will discuss how to support teachers in PBL design and implementation through professional development, planning time, and evaluation practices; the development and use of school-wide rubrics and protocols for reflection on project work; and aligning PBL with curricular goals and other programs at the school.

The webinar is offered at two different times on the same day.
